PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polyvinylidene chloride-based resin lap film which shows a good adhesion immediately after extrusion and maintains the good adhesion even when it circulates at a high temperature in summer, and shows an improved drawability, a manufacturing method of a polyvinylidene chloride-based resin lap film which shows no fear that a sock solution pollutes a cooling water vessel even when the sock is broken during manufacture and the sock solution leaks, and a method of stably manufacturing the polyvinylidene chloride-based resin lap film satisfying the above conditions. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the lap film comprises melt-extruding a resin composition composed of wax and the polyvinylidene chloride-based resin, the content of the wax being 100 to 10,000 ppm in the resin composition, annularly from a die, injecting water in the inside, cooling and inflating the resin.
