PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive device which can suitably avoid enlarging an axial dimension of the whole vehicle drive device, and be miniaturized. SOLUTION: A stator 82 of a first motor M1 is made to be cylindrical shape, and a rotor 84 is disposed at the inside diameter side of the stator 82. A differential limiting device C0 selectively connecting between a sun gear S1 and a carrier CA1 is disposed at the inside diameter side of the stator 82 so as to overlap with the stator 82 in the radial direction. The drive device 10 can be miniaturized by being disposed in a space generated by a rotor support part 86a, a connecting part 86b, and an inner peripheral side cylindrical part 86c of a rotor support shaft 86.
