PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet communication system in which various functions such as a hold function can be accomplished without increasing the load of an SIP server. SOLUTION: An IP phone terminal device comprises: a reception means 102 for outputting voices of a communication destination and inputting the speech of a speaker; a plurality of IP (Internet Protocol) phone modules 120a, 120b; a storage means 109 for storing IP phone numbers of the plurality of IP phone modules 120a, 120b, respectively; an IP phone module control section 110 which selects a corresponding IP phone modules based on a call origination/termination instruction to the IP phone modules of the IP phone numbers and connecting the relevant IP phone module with the reception means 102; and a voice input/output control module 108 which inputs/outputs voices between the reception means 102 and the communication destination via the selected IP phone module.
