PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance ladder capable of improving differential non-linear error, by correcting an error of a resistance ratio on R side and 2R side in an R-2R circuit. SOLUTION: A back gate potential of n-channel MOSFETs 105, 106, which constitute a second normally turned-on switch element, is changed by interlocking with on/off of n-channel MOSFETs 103, 104, which constitute a first switch element. The resistance value of the second switch element is made to a level corresponding to the resistance value of the first switch element, and an error of a resistance ratio of R side and 2R side caused by the first switch element is corrected by the resistance value of the second switch element.
