A silicon rubber adhesive, e.g. Elastosil RTV1 from the firm Wacker is used as a highly elastic adhesive so as to hold together separate nose saddles/pieces for spectacles. It is easily possible for a specialist to adapt this unit of tubing and silicon adhesive to anatomical conditions.
