<p>A multi-functional rotary dial plate includes a finger-hole plate (1), a digital plate (2), a finger stop (3) and a reset speed controller (4). A photoelectric or magnetoelectric sensing device which can produce the different telegraphic code according to the difference of the rotating angle of the finger-hole plate (1) is set below the digital plate (2). The output terminal of the photoelectric or magnetoelectric sensing device connects to the input terminal of a singlechip. The dial plate also includes an inductive device for hinting the singlechip that whether the transmission of each digital telegraphic code has finished or not. After receiving the hint that the transmission of each digital telegraphic code has finished, the singlechip filters, decodes and outputs the received telegraphic code.</p> |
