An apparatus for recycling waste vinyls which, as a large scale facility capable of treating a large amount of waste vinyls, prevents environmental pollution caused by waste vinyls by completely reprocessing and recycling waste vinyls, and contributes to industrial economy by reproducing waste vinyls disused, and a method for recycling waste vinyls using the apparatus are provided. An apparatus for recycling waste vinyls comprises: a pulverizing step(1) of rotating and cutting waste vinyls by a pulverizing drum on which a pair of cutter blades(11,12) are oppositely installed and cutter plates formed on the sidewall of the pulverizing drum; a foreign material separating step(2) of transferring the pulverized waste vinyls along a duct by wind force of a blower(S), passing the transferred waste vinyls through a perforated pipe(21) to separate foreign materials contained in waste vinyls, and collecting the separated foreign materials by a screw(22) to separate the pulverized foreign materials according to particle sizes through a filter mesh(23); a filtering step(7) of collecting a large amount of dust in a conical cyclone, dropping foreign materials with a large particle size to a lower side of the cyclone, and circulating clean air to the blower; a washing step(3) of collecting foreign material removed waste vinyls into the cyclone and injecting the waste vinyls into a washing tank(30) comprising the cyclone, plural washing pipes(32) and an agitating drum(33) to wash the waste vinyls; a washing water cleaning step(8) of cleaning dirty washing water by a submersion tank(80) and a filter press(81) to circulate cleaned washing water to the washing tank through a pump(P); a dewatering step(4) of collecting cleaned waste vinyls in a collection tank(34) and transferring and dewatering the waste vinyls by a blower(S) and a perforated pipe(41); a drying step(5) of transferring and drying the dewatered waste vinyls by a duct and a perforated pipe(51); an air filtering step(7) of collecting particles with ceratin sizes into a conical cyclone and circulating filtered clean air to the dewatering and drying steps by the blower; and a pressing and packing step(6) for collecting, transferring and pressing the dried waste vinyls by a cyclone(61), a transfer conveyor(62) and a press(60) to pack the pressed waste vinyls to proper sizes. |
