A conductive polymer composition is provided to improve efficiency and lifespan characteristics and thermal stability of an organic photo-electronic device, and to prevent a dedoping phenomenon or exciton quenching in the device. A conductive polymer composition comprises a conductive polymer, at least one organic ionic salt represented by any one formula selected from formula 2 to formula 5, and a solvent. In formulae 2-5, each of R1 and R2 independently represents a substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkyl, C1-C30 heteroalkyl, C1-C30 alkoxy, C1-C30 heteroalkoxy, C6-C30 aryl, C6-C30 arylalkyl, C6-C30 aryloxy, C2-C30 heteroaryl, C2-C30 heteroarylalkyl, C2-C30 heteroaryloxy, C5-C20 cycloalkyl, C2-C30 heterocycloalkyl, C1-C30 alkyl ester, C1-C30 heteroalkyl ester, C6-C30 aryl ester or C2-C30 heteroaryl ester; each of R3-R12 independently represents a substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkyl, C1-C30 heteroalkyl, C1-C30 alkoxy, C1-C30 heteroalkoxy, C6-C30 aryl, C6-C30 arylalkyl, C6-C30 aryloxy, C2-C30 heteroaryl, C2-C30 heteroarylalkyl, C2-C30 heteroaryloxy, C5-C20 cycloalkyl, C2-C30 heterocycloalkyl, C1-C30 alkyl ester, C1-C30 heteroalkyl ester, C6-C30 aryl ester or C2-C30 heteroaryl ester; and X^- is an anionic functional group, wherein X is an atom or molecule capable of being stabilized in the state of anion, and includes F, Cl, Br, I, BF4, PF6 or (CnF2n+1SO2)2N (n is a natural number of 1-50).
