This disclosure relates to hybrid proteins including at least two polypeptide chains, with each polypeptide chain including an amino acid sequence of a cytokine or a fragment thereof linked to an amino acid sequence of a subunit of a heterodimeric proteinaceous hormone. Also disclosed are methods of making and using such hybrid proteins in the treatment of various diseases.
