A graphics rendering apparatus, a graphics rendering method, and a program product are provided to possibly perform high-speed operation by using a simple method capable of possibly performing stable operation under conditions in which it is difficult to use hardware resources of a graphics LSI(Large Scale Integrated circuit). A vector data group managing unit(1) manages a vector data group including a set of vector data on the basis of the first management information. A vector data extracting unit(2) extracts vector data as a processed object vector from the vector data group according to the first management information. A start and end point producing unit(3) produces the processing order of the object vector extracted by the vector data extracting unit. An object point managing unit(4) determines a processed object point according to the produced processing order, manages the object point, and notifies the processing end of the object vector to the vector data group managing unit. A fill-in information producing unit(7) judges whether to perform the fill-in of the object point on the basis of the second management information, and produces fill-in information indicating the judged result of the fill-in of the object point. A rendering unit(13) renders a polygon by using the fill-in information.
