A computer keyboard equipped with a URL and a controlling system thereof are provided to execute access to a website when a user presses an Internet connection button by registering the URL in an EEPROM(Electronically Erasable Programmable ROM) and registering the URL in the Internet connection button. An Internet connection button(18) executes Internet connection corresponding to the URL by being arranged in a key matrix(12). A URL memory(24) stores and modifies the URL corresponding to a website. A controller(20) executes the Internet connection in a Windows environment by reading the URL from the URL memory, transferring the read URL to a computer main frame when the Internet connection button is pressed. The controller changes the URL by receiving changed URL data. A data interface(26) transfers the changed URL data received through a keyboard cable to the controller. The URL memory is the EEPROM.
