A swing exercise equipment is provided to change a driving direction of a periodical swing motion of a seat so as to change the effect of the swing motion, applied to a human body, and improve the motion effect. A swing exercise equipment(1) comprises: a seat(2), formed in a saddle or horseback shape so that a trainee is seated thereon; a seat driving device(3), arranged inside the seat so as to periodically move the seat in at least one direction among the longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions and swing it around at least one axis among the longitudinal, transverse and vertical axes; a stem(60), having the legs, the length of which is adjusted on a base plate, and supporting the seat and the seat driving device; a pair of stirrups, hanged in both sides of the seat; a grasp handle; and a reversing circuit, reversing the moving direction of the periodic swing motion of the seat which is driven by the seat driving device(3).
