PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle use information control system capable of easily updating individual use information used by various kinds of on-vehicle instruments.

SOLUTION: A home side control unit 11 transmits individual use information to a portable machine 6 via a home side communication unit 13. A control unit 61 of the portable machine 6 stores individual use information in a storage unit 62 via a communication unit 63, and transmits the stored individual use information to a vehicle side information control device 2 via the communication unit 63. A vehicle side control unit 21 transfers the individual use information received from the home side information control device 1 or the portable machine 6 via the vehicle side communication unit 23 to a vehicle side individual use information service instrument 4 via a vehicle side external instrument interface 24.
