<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated piezoelectric element capable of obtaining the laminated piezoelectric element wherein the short circuit between internal electrodes scarcely occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the laminated piezoelectric element comprises the steps of preparing a sheet having an electrode paste layer containing powdered zirconium oxide whose metal and BET specific surface area is ≤10 m<SP>2</SP>/g on a piezoelectric material green sheet, obtaining a lamination by laminating a plurality of sheets, and baking this lamination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
