<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete formed body production method by which the blacking of an exposed surface or the surface roughening of the formed body produced from fresh concrete obtained by using pozzolan is satisfactorily prevented and the concrete formed body obtained by the production method. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete formed body production method is passed through a first step, a second step, a third step and a forth step. The first step is a step for mixing cement, the pozzolan, fine aggregate, water and a high performance air entraining (AE) water reducing agent to prepare fresh mortar, the second step is a step for mixing coarse aggregate with the fresh mortar prepared in the first step to prepare fresh concrete, the third step is a step for mixing a separately prepared liquid foam body to prepare fresh concrete mixed with liquid foam body and a forth step for placing the fresh concrete mixed with the liquid foam body prepared in the third step in a forming frame on which a releasing agent is preapplied and steam-curing the placed concrete to obtain the concrete formed body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
