PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude the influence of a phenomenon in which a part of the light incident to a mirror reflects at the surface of the mirror, when projecting an image using the mirror. SOLUTION: Image data to be projected are read out, and processings for correcting the image data are executed. In the processing of this step S53, corrected pixel data values on the mirror 35 are derived; next, optical path difference d generated in the mirror 35 is derived; further, the number of pixels that correspond to the optical path difference d is calculated; and processing for correcting the data of each pixel included in the image data stored in an image data work memory 12b is executed.
