ERROR CONTROL SYSTEM, METHOD, ENCODER AND DECODER FOR VIDEO CODING

An error control system for video coding and a method, encoder and decoder thereof are provided, the system includes: a encoder and a decoder, in that, the encoder includes a base layer encoding device and at least one enhancement layer encoding device, the decoder includes a base layer decoding device and at least one enhancement layer decoding device, further, the encoder includes an encoder drift control device and the decoder includes an decoder drift control device; the encoder drift control device determines a partial error drift quantity of the encoder according to partial information of the base layer encoding device and the enhancement layer encoding device, and controls a encoder leak factor according to the error drift quantity; the decoder drift control device determines a partial error drift quantity of the decoder according to partial information of the base layer decoding device and the enhancement layer decoding device, and controls a decoder leak factor according to the error drift quantity, so as to get optimum compress capability, and avoid the error drift of decoder.
