Pavement materials made from earth and recycled concrete are provided, which radiate far-infrared ray to improve human health, consume waste concrete to reduce pollutions, and save manufacturing cost. Pavement materials comprises 45 to 65% by weight of recycled aggregates, 20 to 40% by weight of earth, 10% by weight of cement, 5% by weight of waterproof material solution comprising 8% by weight of waterproof agent and 92% by weight of water. The recycled aggregates are prepared by crushing waste concrete in a Jaw Crusher, passing them through aggregates selector, and then removing foreign substances by fan. The earth contains 10% by weight of moisture and it has particle size of 100 mesh.
