A life-saving apparatus in water is provided to save drowning person by inflating a floatation tube and a bag. A life-saving apparatus in water comprises a percussion member(30) including at least two insertion holes, into which the exhaust holes of at least two gas cylinders(20) are inserted, an arrowhead, and a gas discharge hole(36). The rear portions of the gas cylinders are inserted into at least two gas cylinder receiving holes(40,41). A gas cylinder transfer member is used to make percussion by allowing the exhaust holes of the gas cylinders to make contact with the arrowhead. The gas cylinder transfer member comprises a protrusion section(34) formed with a first insertion hole(35), a connection section(42) formed with a second insertion hole(45), and a percussion operation member(50).
