A guard rail is provided to reduce impact force applied to the guard rail by absorbing the impact force through a second rail, a first rail, a first buffer block, and a second buffer block. A guard rail comprises a column(1), a first rail(10), a second rail(20), first and second buffer blocks(15,25), and bolts(B). The column are formed to the front and rear sides of through holes(2). The first rail is formed with coupling holes(12) and placed to the front of the column. The second rail is formed with coupling holes(22). The first and second buffer blocks are formed with coupling holes(16,26). The bolts are fixed by nuts(N) through the coupling holes formed in the second buffer block, the first rail, and the first buffer block. The upper and lower ends of the second rail face the rear sides to cover parts of corrugated parts(13).
