An automatic food waste sorting and crushing device is provided to prevent foreign materials from being piled up inside and to prevent breakage caused due to the waste water of food waste. An automatic food waste sorting and crushing device is composed of: a housing(2) having an inner space part(21) communicating with a hopper(1) and containing the input food waste; a body(3) connected to the housing and provided with a receiving space(31) having an opened upside; a perforated plate installed at the inner lower part of the body and provided with plural perforated holes discharging crushed food waste particles; a main shaft(5) horizontally penetrating through both sides of the housing and the body and having cylindrical hollow flanges(51) arranged at regular intervals; a cutter(6) bolt-joined to the flange and rotated to crush the food waste; an upper cover(7) mounted on the upper part of the body and equipped with a foreign material discharging unit(71) sorting out and discharging the foreign materials included in the food waste, to the outside; and a power transmitting unit(9) transmitting power generated by a motor(8) installed at the side of the body. The foreign material discharging unit has a case having a passage extended from the upper inside of the upper cover to the outer side and prevents foreign materials from being piled in the body. The foreign material discharging unit is rounded at the same degree of the upper cover to sort out and discharge the foreign materials. The cutters are combined to each other in a pair and formed in a flange type. A protruded blade piece is installed at the side of the cutter to crush the food waste and discharge the foreign materials to the outside.
