<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of starting up or stopping at a shorter time. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a fuel cell stack 4, a cooling liquid circulation channel 21, a radiator 1 connected to the cooling liquid circulation channel 21 for cooling cooling liquid, a bypass flow channel 22 connected to the cooling liquid circulation channel 21 bypassing the radiator 1, a three-way valve 9 for changing a flow ratio of the cooling liquid of a cooling liquid flow passing the radiator 1 to that passing the bypass flow channel 22, a cooling liquid supply pump 3 for supplying the cooling liquid to the fuel cell stack 4 and the radiator 1, and a controller 30 controlling an operation of the fuel cell system. The controller 30 is provided with a start-up/stoppage time optimizing means for changing a start-up or stopping method of the fuel cell system based on temperature of cooling liquid in the vicinity of the radiator 1, temperature of cooling liquid in the vicinity of the fuel cell stack, and a cooling liquid flow ratio defined by the three-way valve 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
