<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door catching detecting device for a vehicle by which only the situation that catching in a side door of a vehicle takes place precluding the escape can be surely detected, and the escape from the situation is supported. <P>SOLUTION: The door catching detecting device for the vehicle comprises a door catching detecting rotary body 2 arranged on the side door 1 of the vehicle, a rotation driving device for rotating the rotary body 2 in the direction of guiding an article caught in the rotary body 2 out of the vehicle in the state that the side door of the vehicle is closed and the speed is lower than a predetermined one, a detecting means for detecting speed reduction or stop of the rotary body 2, when it takes place, depending on the article caught in the rotary body 2, and a notifying means to notify the crew according to the detecting operation of the detecting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
