DEVICE FOR OUTPUTTING A PLURALITY OF FILES WITH AUTOMATICALLY SELECTING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an input operation to select an output file in which the data representing the relevance of term data is described, in a device for outputting a plurality of files.

SOLUTION: The device for outputting a plurality of files with automatically selecting function has two term data (financial statements item data). With respect to the data indicating the relationship among the terms (parentage data among the terms) whether a file in which one term data is described is to be output or not is determined. Whether a file in which other term data is described is to be output or not is also determined. When the file in which either term data is described is to be output, the data is described in the subsequent one of them. When both files in which two term data are described are to be output, the data is described in the prior one among the files to be output.
