<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a damage accident in injecting and exhausting air. <P>SOLUTION: An air guide part 30 is provided penetrating through a plurality of air cushion parts 20A-20C. Each air guide part comprises an air tube 40 with an air hole 42 and a sealing valve 50. An air needle pipe is inserted in the sealing valve and the air tube for injecting air. The air cushion parts keep the condition where a predetermined amount of air is injected therein by the function of the sealing valve when the air needle pipe is removed. Air exhausting is also done by using the air needle pipe. The air needle pipe is inserted in the air tube through the sealing valve just as injecting air. Air is then exhausted because the inside of the air cushion part communicates with the outside through the air hole of the air needle pipe and the air tube.
