<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing acylglycerol in high productivity by direct esterification between fat-and-oil and an alcohol in the presence of an emzymatic catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the acylglycerol comprises conducting a reaction between fat-and-oil and an aliphatic alcohol in the presence of a hydrolase. In this method, the hydrolase is filled in a column, and the reaction is conducted by feeding the column with the fat-and-oil and the alcohol.
