<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong service life of a thrust needle bearing by arranging a plurality of needles radially between a pair of bearing rings by a cage, providing a collar facing a side of the bearing ring on one side on an inside diameter side or an outside diameter side of the bearing ring on the other side, forming a plurality of claws in a tip part of the collar, and engaging the plurality of claws with a side corresponding to the collar among both of inside diameter and outside diameter sides of the bearing ring on one side to prevent the pair of bearing rings from being separated from each other. <P>SOLUTION: This thrust needle bearing has a configuration constituted by providing a protruding wall 8 passing through between the collar 6 and the cage 5 on the bearing ring 3 on one side and forming an inclined face 8a approaching a raceway surface 2a of the bearing ring 2 on the other side gradually as advancing onto a needle 4 side on the protruding wall 8 by staking for the protruding wall 8 to hold a part of lubricating oil entering the inside of the thrust needle bearing 1 in a space formed by the raceway surface 2a of the bearing ring 2, the inclined face 8a, and the collar 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
