PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an anisotropic conductive adhesive sheet wherein conductive fine particles are regularly and densely arranged in the surface of a sheet (so that the distance between the adjacent conductive fine particles is 20μm or below). SOLUTION: A first adhesive layer is formed on the surface on the side opposite to the surface of a core film having non-piercing pores and, after the conductive fine particles are put in the pores, a second adhesive layer is formed on the other surface of the core film to manufacture the anisotropic conductive adhesive sheet.
