PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate outer packaging battery capable of decreasing occurrence of pinholes and cracks in a laminate outer packaging and achieving high energy density. SOLUTION: In the laminate outer packaging battery, the curvature radius R<SB>B</SB>, R<SB>D</SB>of at least one butt part between a first side surface and a second main surface and between a third side surface and a fourth side surface on the bottom side is set larger than the curvature radius R<SB>A</SB>, R<SB>C</SB>of at least one butt part between a second side surface and a second main surface and between a third side surface and a fourth side surface on the top side.
