PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system capable of setting a destination easily. SOLUTION: The navigation system 1 comprises: a destination candidate computing section 10 for computing a plurality of destination candidates and their selection probabilities on the basis of which the destination candidates are selected by a driver, by using a probability deduction; a destination candidate displaying section 22 for selecting destination candidates the number of which is within a range from two to a prescribed maximum number, from the plurality of destination candidates obtained by the destination candidate computing section 10 in a descending order of the selection probabilities, and for displaying selected two or more destination candidates; a destination selecting section 24 which allows one destination to be selected from the destination candidates displayed by the destination candidate displaying section 22; and a route guiding section 28 which carries out a guidance of a route reaching the destination selected by the destination selecting section 24.
