PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring seat of a vehicular suspension capable of preventing occurrence of noise, while preventing buckling deformation. SOLUTION: In the spring seat 10, a spring seat part 11 to be interposed and pressed between a coil spring 21 and an opposed member 22 is formed of a rubber elastic body. The coil spring seat part 11 has an opening part in a second surface 32 on the counter member 22 side, and has a plurality of non-through holes 33a and 33b formed to be directed toward a first surface 31 on a coil spring 21 side from the second surface 32. Furthermore, the coil spring seat part 11 has air passages 34a-34c for communicating the non-through holes 33a and 33b with outer surfaces of the spring seat part 11 except the second surface 32 on the opposed member 22 side.
