PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call only an interphone master unit corresponding to matched face data when video data received from an intercom slave unit with camera are matched with face data stored beforehand in a system comprising a plurality of interphone master units. SOLUTION: Video data received from an intercom slave unit 2 with camera are stored in a temporary storage section 20 of an interphone master unit 3 with a monitor, face data of a visitor are stored in a storage section 21 in advance, and call destination information corresponding to the face data is registered in a registration section 23. A comparison section 22 compares the video data in the temporary storage section 20 with the face data in the storage section 21. A master unit CPU 27 selects interphone master units 3, 4 of a call destination on the basis of information from the comparison section 22 and the registration section 23, and drives an acoustic part 25, 23 only of the selected master units 3, 4 via calling volume change sections 26, 34.
