PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retransmission control circuit for managing retransmission with low power consumption. SOLUTION: The retransmission control circuit for controlling the retransmission of data transmitted to a transmission destination is provided with a writing section for writing retransmission generated in response to each of data to be transmitted and including a retransmission time of the data into a memory; a reading section for reading the retransmission information from the memory; and a control section for comparing a retransmission time included in the retransmission information of the oldest retransmission time in the retransmission information stored in the memory with the present time, and executing the retransmission of data corresponding to the retransmission information depending on a result of the comparison.
