PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in order to suppress noise produced in a mixing circuit, it is necessary to operate a switch circuit by a control signal close to a sine wave with a higher harmonic wave component removed, but without adjusting a voltage level in accordance with operation characteristics of the switch circuit, a normal output can not be obtained. SOLUTION: A modulation circuit comprises the mixing circuit configured to regulate the waveform voltage of first and second switching control signals in accordance with electric characteristics of the switch circuit. Therefore, even when the switch circuit is operated by a signal close to the sine wave with the higher harmonic wave component removed, a normal mixing waveform can be output and appearance of an unnecessary frequency component can be prevented.
