PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise canceling headphone capable of efficiently reducing an abnormal sound due to feedback control in stopping sound reproduction. SOLUTION: The noise canceling headphone enable a user to input sound signals and to listen to sounds in which ambient noises are canceled. The headphone includes a noise canceling feedback control circuit for canceling the ambient noises, and an open loop switching means 9 for switching so that an open loop gain of the noise canceling feedback control circuit in a reproduction stopping mode may be smaller than that of a reproduction mode.
