PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone-conductive microphone which simplifies a hold connecting step of a cantilever-support piezoelectric element, using a bond material good in environment. SOLUTION: After inserting piezoelectric elements 1a, 1b, a metal conductive spacer 2, and an insulating spacer 4 one above the other in a rectangular hole of a hold frame fitting 3 of a conductor having a square cylindrical shape, wedge-like electrode terminals 5 are pressure-fitted between the spacer 4 and the electrode surface of the piezoelectric elements 1a, 1b to ensure the pressure bonded connection between the electrodes, and cantilever-support the piezoelectric elements 1a, 1b in the rectangular hole of the hold frame fitting 3.
