PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a plastic sheet base material and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, excellent in water resistance, having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which can not be easily whitened and express a large adhesive strength. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises the plastic sheet base material except foams and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer laminated on at least one surface of the base material. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed of an emulsion type water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive agent comprising an acrylic polymer as a main component, contains≤3 wt.% water soluble component and has≤40 brightness L* after 24 hour immersion at 25°C when the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 20μm, and the adhesive strength in 180°peeling against a polyethylene plate is≥6N/25mm.
