PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device which can easily adjust the size of a table surface of an armrest by utilizing the movement of a headrest part, and ensure usability. SOLUTION: Seat backs 56, 59 are provided with the armrest part 61 which forms the part of it and forms the armrest A by falling down and moving in a horizontal state, the end part of the armrest part 61 is movably provided with the headrest part 63 in the separating direction from the end part, and the headrest part 63 is provided with a table part 75 which covers the clearance with the armrest part 61 when it is moved in the separating direction and serves as a tray surface when it is used as the armrest A.
