PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head or the like for which a water-repellent section such as a water-repellent film to the nozzle forming section of a nozzle plate or the like can precisely be formed without going through a complicated process. SOLUTION: This liquid jetting head 100 has the nozzle forming section 331 for which a nozzle section 331a for discharging a liquid is formed. A water repellent film 334 is formed at the nozzle forming section including the nozzle section. By removing the water repellent film by a laser being cast by a laser section, the water-repellent section is formed at least on the liquid discharging surface of the nozzle forming section.
