PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle acoustic reproducing apparatus for reproducing sound inside a vehicle provided with seats that provides an optimum reproduction environment taking into account both a vehicle model and a type of material of the seats to a user without increasing the number of selection items to be selected by the user. SOLUTION: The in-vehicle acoustic reproducing apparatus in order to solve the tasks above is configured to include: a seat recognition member provided to each of the vehicle seats and recording information for recognizing a type of the seats; a recognition member read means for reading the information recorded to the seat recognition member; and amplifiers for adjusting audio signals outputted from a sound source on the basis of information read by recognition member read means.
