<p>A compact centralized management apparatus for facility equipment in which even if a data transmitting means is changed, this can be easily and inexpensively dealt with, and a management system using the centralized management apparatus. The centralized management apparatus for facility equipment comprises an input side interface (110) connected to the facility equipment, an output side interface (120) for outputting the control data on the facility equipment, a storage section (130) in which a control program for the facility equipment is stored, and an arithmetic processing section (140) for controlling the facility equipment according to the instruction of the control program. The storage section (130) stores a first transmission program corresponding to the input side interface (110) and a second transmission program corresponding to the interface of a connection interface device (400). The arithmetic processing section (140) acquires the management data from the facility equipment according to the instruction of the first transmission program and outputs the management data to the output side interface (120) according to the instruction of the second transmission program.</p> |
