A video image display device is provided to display only an arbitrary region of a website page with an arbitrary size on a main screen. A video image display device for synthesizing different video images to form a single synthesized video image, including a website page acquiring means for acquiring a website page through a network; a data conversion means for converting the website page to video image data, an extracting means for extracting a designated region from the website page converted to the video image data; a display size setting means for setting a website page video image in the designated region to a designated display size; and a display position setting means for setting a display position of the website page in the designated region, wherein the video image signal synthesizing means forms a synthesized video image signal based on designated display size setting and the display position.
