Module arrangement comprises modules (1-7) joined by connecting parts with connecting channels. Module (6) has a plate-like micro-fluidic part containing a fluid channel system and having fluid connections on its upper side in edge regions to neighboring modules (5, 7). The fluid connection to the neighboring modules is produced by the connecting parts. An insulating container filled with tempering fluid is arranged below the micro-fluid part and is sealed by the micro-fluid part.
