A two-phase separating amorphous alloy with multistage deformation properties is provided to manufacture a composition through nano crystallization easily, and to enable multistage molding in a supercooling liquid area by adding elements having large mixed heat difference to the Nd-based bulk amorphous alloy composition. A two-phase separating amorphous alloy with multistage deformation properties is displayed with a common formula Nd100-a-b(TM)a(D)b. The TM is a one kind of composition selected from A-B, A-C, and B-C. The A group contains Y, Ti, Zr, La, Pr, Gd, and Hf. The B group contains Fe, and Mn. The C group contains Co, Ni, Cu, and Ag. The content of each element group consisting of each composition is more than 5 atomic weight%, and the element selected from each element group is at least one kind. The D is at least one kind of Al, B, Si, and P. The a and b has a range of 20<=a<=80, and 5<=b<=30 as atomic weight%. The amorphous alloy is one of Nd-Zr-Co-Al, Nd-Ti-Co-Al, Nd-Ti-Fe-Al, Nd-Fe-Co-Al, Nd-Fe-Ni-Al, Nd-Fe-Cu-Al, and Nd-Fe-Ag-Al based materials.
