A chair with posture correction, traction treatment and massage functions is provided to let a user's hip move naturally to the rear side of a seat and to make user's back and waist supported by back supports. A chair with posture correction, traction treatment and massage functions includes a seat(10), a backplate(50), a couple of back supports, a couple of rotary rods(72), a couple of holders(74), and a couple of guides(76). The backplate(50) is mounted on the rear side of the seat(10). The back supports support the user's waist in left and right direction on the front surface of the backplate. The rotary rods(72) are mounted on the rear surfaces of the back supports, and screw grooves are formed on the outer surfaces of the rotary rods in a longitudinal direction. The guides are fitted into the screw grooves of the rotary rods to guide rotation and ascending of the rotary rods.
