A filtration apparatus for filtering fine suspended solids or residual microorganisms contained in supernatant, which has an inexpensive facility cost and a minimum installation area, and can filter contaminants such as fine suspended solids and residual microorganisms contained in supernatant by forcibly pressurizing the supernatant using rotating disc filters, is provided. A filtration apparatus for filtering fine suspended solids or residual microorganisms contained in supernatant comprises: a transfer pipe(10) which is hollow, and has a drive source(M) mounted on one end thereof such that the transfer pipe is rotated to transfer supernatant; a supply chamber(20) which is installed at one side of the transfer pipe and connected to a supernatant supply pipe(12) having a switch valve(V) mounted thereon so as to supply the supernatant into the transfer pipe; a filtration tank(40) which is installed in the middle of the transfer pipe, on which a plurality of disc filters(30) connected to an inner part of the transfer pipe are mounted, and in which water filtered by the disc filters is contained such that the filtered water is drained through a drainpipe(42) having a switch valve(V) mounted thereon; and a discharge chamber(50) including a discharge pipe(52) on which a switch valve(V) is mounted is such that the discharge pipe is connected to the inner part of the transfer pipe.
