A rubber composition for truck/bus tire treads is provided to prevent a drop in wear resistance caused by the use of highly dispersive silica instead of carbon black while improving fuel consumption efficiency by using a neodymium-butadiene rubber. A rubber composition for truck/bus tire treads includes: 100 parts by weight of base rubber formed of 50-90 parts by weight of natural rubber and 10-50 parts by weight of neodymium-butadiene rubber; and 50-90 parts by weight of highly dispersive silica. In the rubber composition, the silica has a BET specific surface area of 130-250 m^2/g, a CTAB specific surface area of 130-190 m^2/g, a DBP oil absorption of 150-350 ml/100 g, and an average particle diameter of 10-20 nm.
