A water purification filter which prevents relaxation of a joint between a housing and a cap, prevents leakage of water due to the relaxation, stably maintains coupling between the housing and the cap at all times, prevents abrasion or wear of the joint between the housing and the cap, and is not harmful to the human body or the environment is provided. A water purification filter comprises: a housing(10) having an inlet(12) formed in one end thereof, an opening(14) formed in the other end thereof, a stepped portion(16) formed on the circumference of the opening, a mounting groove(162) formed on an upper surface of the stepped portion, and guide rails(18) projectingly formed underneath the stepped portion; a filter member(20) installed in the housing to filter or purify raw water or purified water; a cap(30) which cuts out an inner part of the housing, in which an outlet is formed, and which has a flange(36) integrally formed on the circumference of a lower portion thereof, and a mounting groove formed all along the flange correspondingly to the mounting groove of the housing; a sealing member(40) pressed and inserted into an accommodation groove formed by the mounting groove formed on the stepped portion of the housing and the mounting groove formed on the flange of the cap; and a clamping device including a supporting member(52) which is inserted into the housing, of which an upper end face contacts the stepped portion, and which has inserting grooves(58) formed on an inner side thereof such that the inserting grooves are inserted onto the guide rails of the housing, and a clamping member(54) inserted from an upper part of the cap and clamped and fixed to the supporting member such that the clamping member can be released from the supporting member.
