<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas intake pressure adjusting structure for a fuel cell flow field plate. <P>SOLUTION: A narrow opening end part (351) and a broad opening end part (352) are mounted in each gas passage (35) of the fuel cell flow field plate, the cross section area of the narrow opening end part smaller than that of the broad opening end part. The flow field plate (3,3') is supplied with reacting gas (G) through the gas intake hole (31). When the fuel cell reacts, at least one waterdrop (2) is generated on the gas passage, and is adsorbed onto the gas passage with attraction of surface tension. The reacting gas flows from the gas intake hole, orderly through the narrow opening end part, the gas passage and the broad opening end part, and is exhausted from the gas exhaust hole (33). The cross section area of the narrow opening end part is so small that the membrane electrode assembly (4) is hard to break with pressure of reacting gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
