<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a system from malfunctioning due to voltage drop of a system battery occurring in driving a relay for connecting a fuel cell to a load. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell control device forcibly charges a secondary battery 10 for supplying power to the fuel cell control device before the relay 2 for connecting the output of the fuel cell 1 to the load 3 using the output of the fuel cell 1 or a first battery 7 as a driving source is turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
